-Helped to develop a program at East Grand Rapids High School

-Established the Forest Hills Lacrosse Board of Directors to create a foundation of support, credibility, and sustainibilty for FHC program

-Developed relationship with Detroit,Chicago, and Indiana lacrosse programs to support West Michigan lacrosse growthh

- Developed relationships with NCAA Division I programs at Michigan State and Notre Dame

-Provided support and guidelines in the formation of the West Michigan Tournament

With brothers Joe and Mike, started the foundation of Forest Hills Lacrosse Club and introduced lacrossee at the Middle School level in Forest Hills public schools

 

Established a Upper Midwest Tournament for Boy's HS Lacrosse that included teams from Illinois, Indiana and Michigan

 

Initiated and developed the elementary school level lacrosse program in Forest Hills Public School grades 1-4 for both boy's and girl's in 2002

 

Head Coach and Program Coordinator of the Forest Hills Lacrosse Club girl's middle school program in 2004-2008
